I’m Dr. Katie Hedlund. I am a christian, mother of 3, and physical therapist on a mission to make moms feel strong and confident during all stages of motherhood. How? By teaching you how to move and breathe better through postural restoration. Whether it's feeling your best during pregnancy, caring for your kids, hitting the gym, tackling your daily tasks, or just feeling great without pain or dysfunction, I understand the unique challenges that motherhood brings emotionally and physically and know how to help. Everyone deserves the personalized and down to earth care that I offer. I can’t wait to be a part of your journey.
How it works:

1. Request Appointment
I want to make sure that each client is a perfect fit for my services so I don't waste your time. Request an appointment by hitting the button below. If you are a good fit, we will work together to get you scheduled for your first session.

2. First Visit
60-minute one on one evaluation where I will listen to your story, learn your goals, ask more questions, and we start problem solving together what is causing your issue and how we are going to fix the issue.

3. Follow-Up Sessions
60-Minute treatments spaced accordingly to your body and schedule's needs. Working together to make lasting changes to your body to reach your goals.
Packages are available for follow-up sessions.
